Today's operation of a business involves a variety of exposures to risks of loss by a third party interest. This is a major concern, with the prevalence of lawsuits and the trend to larger jury awards. A sizable liability loss could have an extreme adverse financial impact on the business operations. Commercial umbrella liability insurance provides a safeguard against the excess third party liability exposure.

It protects your business from lawsuits and provides employees with compensation for on-the-job injuries. By law, most employers are required to provide coverage for lost wages and medical bills incurred as a result of on-the-job accidents or illnesses.
